Easy, normal question in pre screen and then with hiring manager some field related questions and then normal background and criminal check and then you are hired and the field is door to door sales

Fairly brief - standard questions plus some basic role-playing of a selling scenario. Included overview of work history, and a few skill testing questions relating to the sales process. Interviewer was friendly and reasonable.
