Interview
Panel interview. Well-structured. Lasted about an hour. About ten questions. A written assignment followed. Questions and assignment related to past experience and job functions. A pre-recording version was a bit stressful, yet doable. Need to practice to get used to it.

Interview
14 days before the interview, all details, including panellists' names and roles, were sent to me. The video interview was not moderated enough; that is why it lasted an hour and a half instead of 60 minutes. Right after the interview, they sent an assignment for the next 60 minutes (2 questions: logical matrix and event design). The overall process was exhausting because, after 90 min of conversation, your should concentrate on the written assignment immediately because 60 min for two tasks is not enough.

Interview
After a paper sift there was a SONRU interview and then a live interview with four panel members. It was quite an informal style, all questions being competency based. A written test of two essay questions followed.
