I applied in one of the OMV Days organised in the university. I had a very short interview with the HR (aprox 10 min) and then followed an almost one hour interview with an array of discipline managers. Following that we were called to an assessment in Bucharest and 2 months later for the final interview with the new department manager. The whole process took from March to mid August because the final interview could be scheduled only after the graduation exam. The company paid the transportation costs for the final interview. In the initial and final interview, all questions were discipline based ones. Since I graduated chemistry, they focused on the subjects studied in school. A chemical engineering graduate should not have difficulties in answering.
