Interview
HR had a brief screener going over resume / explaining what the company encompassed (account the agency was responsible for/different departments). Followed by in person interview with two associate directors and a vice president.

Question 1
What are your favorite television shows, general resume questions, strengths (they were looking for high aptitude with data/numbers) excel proficiency highly sought after
Standard interview process. Asked about my job experiences and how I would contribute to the company. They went in detail about the company and how the department works. Very polite and friendly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OMD (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
- talked to 4 people
- casual conversation, but not very professional
- emailed back after the interview and didn't get a response
- emailed again a couple weeks later and no response
Seemed to be a cool place to work but the people did not seem nice. Not very professional, all seemed like young college kids who didn't know what they were doing.
