The HR from the company contacted me after my application. We scheduled a call. It was very easy to schedule -- you need to choose some available dates and time slots. The first call was very fast and just an introduction. Then they invited me to the next one with the marketing lead (if I get it right). It was also okay, they promised to follow up with a case study to check my skills and vision. Unfortunately, they didn't send or email anything after the last call for a week. And I texted them wherever I could. I was disappointed with the silence. Later, they cold-emailed with the default 'thank you. no'

Interview
Five interviews, each requiring complex scheduling to accommodate senior EMEA stakeholders. The process lacked a clear technical assessment and offered a very broad, undefined scope of roles and responsibilities. The team appeared disconnected, with little alignment on goals or management style. The final interview was with a particularly rude interviewer who showed minimal interest in understanding the candidate. To make matters worse, the process ended with complete silence — no feedback or explanation provided. Overall, the experience reflected poor culture, weak leadership alignment, and a concerning lack of customer empathy.
