very good, HR was very kind and reinsuring and had a very nice voice. I was told the company is solid with very very very good perspective. Not sure why I was not kept as future leader.

Teams interview.
Interview style was overly aggressive and negative in tone. Reasoning behind decision not to proceed was a lack of leadership experience, of which I have 24 years of experience and manage personnel across three continents. The position has been open for several years and I believe the lack of positive interviewing skills is largely responsible for this vacuum regarding candidates.

Phone screen from Recruiter in mid-West went well; very professional But the in-person with two people on-site felt like a good-cop/bad-cop routine, with interrogation from the bad-cop. This was uncomfortable and borderline rude. No feedback afterwards- ghosted?
