Interview
I met with a woman who didnt seem to really understand the role of a support technician. The questions they asked did not align with what I had thought of. I did not think they would be my boss. It was a bad interview to be honest they didnt seem interested from the get go

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Have you read the job description
- What are the salary ranges for this role
I just appreciated these questions as it makes sure everyone is on the same page ahead of time and no one's time is wasted if the roles and salary ranges aren't in alignment

Interview
Received an email to schedule an interview with HR girl and director of client success. The Interview was great and I got a message 5min later to schedule an interview with the CEO and his wife CFO. This second Interview was uncomfortable to say the least. They asked one question about how I would keep in touch with clients. They were looking at other screens, seemed to be bored and wasting time. At the end they said I would hear from them within two weeks. It’s been over a month an I saw on LinkedIn that they got some else for the role. Probably a part time employee because he holds another job as well. Such a waste of my time and unprofessional culture of not even sending an email after the two weeks of wait.
It’s a small Family business, so that’s something you should be aware of. They always tend to be unprofessional as they see fit to take advantage of people and family.
