Graduate school application process, no interviews
Worked at first as a teaching assistant, teaching introductory science labs for undergraduates, than joined a research group and worked as a research assistant on a research project covered by external grant. Had to pass qualifying exam and maintain 3.0 GPA to keep good academic status and stay in phd program

took 2 weeks. was contacted by a hiring manager and described the benefits and workplace a little. then the committee was involved and questioned about relevant experience. very professional and focused questions.
