      Sales Account Associate Interview

      24 Mar 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ODM Group in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview process was efficient and to the point. It began with an initial interview with the Sales Manager, where we discussed my experience, skills, and suitability for the role. The conversation was structured yet casual, focusing on both my qualifications and how I would fit within the team. After that, there was a final round with the CEO, which provided an opportunity to go deeper into the company’s vision, expectations, and long-term goals. Overall, the process was smooth, well-organized, and fairly straightforward.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

During the interview, they asked a mix of case-based and behavioral questions. These included scenarios related to marketing strategies, sales approaches, and handling challenges in the industry. They also inquired about my past job experience, specifically my role, key achievements, and how I handled difficult situations. Additionally, they asked about my knowledge of promotional products, my approach to building client relationships, and how I would react to specific sales or customer service challenges. There were also some situational questions to assess my problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
