Applied with CV with a follow up call made with a few questions asked then virtual interview scheduled. Interview is a mix of skills and competency based questions.

Laid back interview with usual sales questions asked. Interview was conducted at the back of the store with the main interviewer and a second employee noting responces and asking ocassional quaestions.
