The process was very well done. First I interviewed with the Area Director, this interview was to see if I had the experience and aptitude to handle the job duties. My next step was to meet with the next interview was with the Director of Culture where I was tested on how do I fit in with the Brand and Culture that o2 represents. My last interview was with the Chief Operations Officers. This was the final interview in the process and what ultimately made me realize what a strong leadership o2Fitness has.

I interview for a GM position and everything went very well. Professional all around and then 45 minutes in the manager had o ask what I was interviewing for.. I was not impressed when he said they didn't have the position open. (I applied the night before and he called the very next morning for me). He said he could offer me a sales position now and was polite and listened. Claimed I could b "moved up sooner than later." I told him had an interview the following morning and he told me to take the weekend (it was Thursday) and call him Monday. I called Saturday and Monday to accept and never heard from him again. Not sure what happened but it was completely unprofessional to pull a bait and switch on the position and then never call back once I was offered the job. This was with Chris at the West Ashley location.
