I was asked a series of questions about my previous employment, my family, my interests, and then they ask me about my knowledge of parts, and vehicle systems, as well as weather or not i knew how to use the parts catalogs and the look-up system. I was taken around the store and shown what products they sell, and asked questions about some of the more popular products to test my knowledge. After that i was sent to the hub store to take a class on the ins and outs of O'Reillys.

'Tell me about yourself' question first followed by time management questions, how to deal with customers that are having a rough day, etc. interview process took about 30min from beginning to end
