Nvest Solution interview questions

I have cleared the my first round then I have final round then i have final round with co-founder and she asked me if i gave you OL then when can you join i said in 1 week and after completed interview after 2 weeks later i have dropped a mail to HR to asked the feedback but i am not getting any update from HR side. Process is very worst.
