Phone interview followed by editing test. Several weeks elapsing between them and little to no contact afterwards without prompting. The process overall took 4 months, again with a lot of prompting for input in between.

I emailed my resume in response to a job posting, got a call back from the supervising manager (who was nice), who did a screening, came in the following week for an in-person interview with her and the CEO.

An initial phone call with reporting manager, followed by a one-on-one onsite interview, and finally a second on-site interview with a group of current staff. (Please note - my experience was for a leadership/directorial role and may not be applicable to other applicants.)

Very relaxed setting - no formal questions (no one wanted to know my biggest weakness). Asked what my experience was in the duties associated with the role, etc. Wanted to get to know me personally as a fit more than anything.
