very difficult interview. questions were irrelative and they did not give me enough time to answer them. the panel was friendly but very serious, asking a lot of follow up questions . They were not really looking for an answer but to see the attitude

Recruiter reached out to me and I was matched to a role. Recruiter told me that they can not find people and they have many openings. I was asked to help them to hire people!
The scheduled interview was cancelled at the last minute. It was rescheduled and I spoke with the hiring manager and it went well. Hiring manager told me of the next step too. Then I followed up and they just found out something not in my resume for the role! Recruiter and/or Hiring mgr could have seen it easily much earlier and saved my time - this skill is not a deal-breaker as I see!
Waste of time and misleading of the candidate.
