Interviewed through a third party organization. Leadership was well organized and efficient. Questions were pertinent to the role and they also answered my questions regarding the role. Overall, the experience was positive and a good experience.

Please describe your previous experience that aligns with this role.
The initial video recording interview was rather clunky but convenient. The week after, I was invited for an in-person interview. The interview went well and both individuals were welcoming and seemed genuine about my potential in the position. A couple weeks go by and I follow up with the recruiter email and try connecting with my interviewers…completely ghosted.
I understand when it is a phone or virtual interview, but getting ghosted after two interviews and one being in person is unprofessional.
It’s a shame because it really seemed like a great company, with a good culture, and an exciting mission.

Não me candidatei a uma vaga. Fui prospectado via LinkedIn. Fiz uma conversa inicial por telefone e o RH disse que me retornaria. Após duas semanas de silêncio, enviei mensagem perguntando se o processo seguia ativo mas secamente recebi um retorno de que seguiram com outro candidato. 1- não me candidatei à posição 2- importante ter respeito às pessoas e dar um retorno, principalmente por vocês terem feito o contato inicial. Falta respeito e consideração nessa empresa.
