Interview
I prepared for the interview by doing mock questions including: problem solving, critical thinking, where will you be in 5 years, what do you know about Nutrien, strengths/weaknesses (behavioural type questions). Once I got to the interview it was over an hour long and was just a general conversation about my work/ hands on experience in the ag industry and my schooling.

Tell me about your work history/ involvement in the ag industry
I submitted my resume through Nutrien's website and was contacted by phone for an interview. The interview was pretty standard, some of the typical expected questions were asked but the conversation was allowed to flow which gave the interview a more relaxed feeling.
