The interview process was interesting , I had 4 rounds and it took me really fast. The Recruitment team was helpful and attentive to each detail . The panel interview checks your technical background too to see how do you understand the product/solution.

Interview
One of the smoothest interview experiences I’ve ever had. This company genuinely cares about people—demonstrating true professionalism at every level, from HR to the hiring manager to top leadership. A special mention to the recruitment manager, who was exceptionally supportive, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. It’s rare to see a multinational organization that still upholds such a strong human-centered culture. Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and expectations were well-defined from start to finish.

Interview
Interview process was initial screening call, followed by meeting Hiring Manager, SE Manager and finally MD and HR. Process was quick after the 2nd round. Overall one of the least stress free interview processes I have done recently
