Interview
The interview process started out ok. It then got weird as it progressed. Repetitive basic CS questions. It was strange that they kept adding interviewers than initially stated. It would be nice to hear a no thank you if not selected instead of the unprofessional silence and no email from recruiters. I just wasted time and effort. It this is your culture from the beginning then it probably is not a good fit. Good Riddance.

Interview
Primary HR Screening, followed by Hiring Manager interview. After this there is usually a Panel Interview with Scenario based role plays. Even though in the 1-1 Manager round I was informed that I should expect a call for the Panel round, I eventually got a rejection aftet about 4 days with no explanation.
