Interview
A large committee (six people) interviewed me. Almost all professional positions have a hiring committee of at least three people. Committee was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Questions were fairly typical, stock HR questions. A second interview with the CEO and HR Director was the final step.

Interview
I believe I was the only one who applied for my particular position, so I really didn't get an interview per se. I got a call asking me about my experience, interest, and available, and 3 days later, I started teaching.
