I applied online, and got in touch with a recruiter through an hour long video call. Then did a panel interview with the Numa Psychiatry team. From the start, one of the interviewers was very dismissive of my answers and presence, and I felt a bit disrespected. As expected, I never got an email back from them, which I believe it the least an organization that claims to be caring and welcoming can do.
