Fast and straightforward. Nice people and the make you feel at ease. Very professional and helpful. Not intomidating and very friendly. I wosh the offer was higher. Coming from nhs. I was expecting it to be higher

Interview
- 2 panals in the room (1 senior nurse and 1 nurse mananger). Asked scenario-based questions, tell me about yourself, Nuffield's core values, why you want to work here, patient safety, prioritisation, quality values you could bring to the team etc. Panels were friendly and supportive.
After, they got my number and said they would contact me to let me know if I got the role or not. They never did and a recruiter send me a generic email saying I was unsucessful.
