The interview process was very one sided geared towards Nucor without taking the candidates time into account. Overall, I had to dedicate about 7+ hours to the interview process and still never met in person, despite talking to 4 different people.

Question 1
Part of the process involved a "skills and personality test" (I put this in quotations purposely) with hundreds of questions, followed by a 2+ hour overview of this assessment.
