You have two interviews both focused on if you're able to work safely and as a team member who is able to accept responsibility. The interview process is laid back.

Long and time consuming- submit application, wait at least a month, take an assessment, and do in person interviews with 2 or 3 panels of 3 people each. Seemed like it could have all been accomplished in one day instead of spread out over months
