Interview
From the beginning to end, the interviewer was very polite and welcoming, had great communication and assured me it was in a quite casual manner. They wanted straight to the point answers to questions and they were very thorough with the questions.

Interview
Only a few weeks after originally replying, I had a brief pre-screen over the phone before setting up an in-person interview later that week. Single person, about half an hour long, and quite pleasant and conversational. The interviewer was up front about pay and expected weekly hours (casual position).

A few specific questions regarding my experience - “if a patient was becoming pale or nauseous, how would you react?” and “how have you handled a confrontational patient/customer in the past?” are ones I remember.

Interview
Very simple and straightforward. Questions were straight to the point and relevant to the role. Interviewers are directly involved with the work. Singular round interview. Interviewers transparent about the role and how much training is provided.
