Applied via employee referral. I had a phone screen with managers, then an official HR phone screen, followed by a design challenge. Had another phone call to discuss the design challenge before being officially invited on-site. On-site visit was an all day interview process with all levels of engineering, ranging from peers to managers. They take your passion and fit with the company very seriously when considering you for a position.

Interview
NuVasive's Developmental Engineer interview has 4 stages: phone call with recruiter, design challenge, phone call with manager, and then on-site interviews. Interviews and the design challenge went smoothly, and I received interview feedback and updates pretty quickly. Due to the long interview process, I was pretty stressed out, but in retrospect, I am glad I did my best and was offered a position!
