Now Media Group interview questions

This is the smoothest interview process I have had- these guys are efficient- I was offered the job on the spot and was working the next day. I met with the partners one by one- 3 of them- they very clearly explained the commission structure and M.O., what was expected, how to succeed in the role; and offered some examples of current employees which was very helpful.

Submitted resume to a craigslist posting, spoke with one of the owners by phone, owner scheduled an interview to meet me. Met with all 3 owners, asked some basic questions, made follow up calls, took a week to land job.
