Initial interview with a talent partner to identify discuss my experience against the job specification. The second interview was a 1-1 with the Head of Customer Operations who had previous compliance experience where we discussed my approach to compliance within a start-up. The final interview was a group interview which involved me preparing a presentation about the first 180 days
