I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview questions were Medical Science Liaison type interview questions - asking more about relationships with KOLs and nothing about diabetes. I thought the job title and description were very misleading and I left the interview feeling very disappointed as it had been a 3 month process up to that point.

Question 1
Not an interview question, but when I asked what hesitations they would have in hiring me, it was noted that I didn't 'turn heads' like some other diabetes educators on the team - which was a huge turnoff for me.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk
Interview
First was a phone interview with someone who read questions off and could not elaborate on the questions, because she did not understand the position. Second was with two hiring managers. STAR format and some questions about experience, which was pretty standard. It was clear they already had a candidate in mind though and this was just a technicality. I don't think they would have interviewed anyone if they did not have to, but I feel like it was a corporate requirement.

Question 1
Tell us why you would be a great candidate for the role
Had a phone interview view with a recruiter first, then got called back weeks later for an in person interview. The interviewer ended up talking more about herself than the job, it seemed to me that they had already picked the person they wanted to hire, but had to go through the motions of interviewing additional candidates.
