    Pros

    Novo Nordisk is a very nice place to work. It has very good values with its triple bottomline on financial, social and environmental bottom line. The company is patient and quality centric. it grows organically.

    Cons

    There may be a lack of carrer opportunity if you are nit based in the headquarter offices.

    Advice to Management

    Decentralize Resarch and Develpment?

    Pros

    Care for employees, reliable, easy to find contact, good colleagues, no boundaries between management and employees. Global company where you can get a job anywhere in the world.

    Cons

    Workloaf at affiliate level is very high and sometimes is very difficult to complete all targets. This goes more for smaller affiliates where one employee has more functions.

    Advice to Management

    Look better for how much work does RA employee at affiliate level has.

    - Great company culture and friendly people for the most part
    - Work is interesting, there are opportunities to work with other teams on projects and in different departments
    - Pay is competitive
    - Beautiful office space, convenient location with hotel attached

    - There are a lot of contingents, full-time opportunities can be hard to come by
    - Some significant structural changes occurring

    Meaningful impact on society, excellent people, great connectivity of personal goals to company goals, excellent pay for levels below VP

    Cons

    Global goals misaligned with US goals, IT management out of touch with agility programs, management nearly all Caucasian, decisions take way too long when it comes to impacting Sales area

    Advice to Management

    It’s great to see that you are dedicated to a more diverse work culture, keep it up! Nearly all companies will be data driven in 5 years so isolate your IT organization and ruthlessly modernize it.
