I had two interviews. The first one online with manager and teammember. The next one with manager and Clean partner from the mgmt team and HR partner. HR partner interviewed me and manager asked a few questions. Very good and proffesional process. They returned quickly and I received contract quickly after approvel of contract draft.
The hiring process at Novo Nordisk has been surprisingly disappointing. The long delays in communication create an impression of disorganization and a lack of respect for candidates’ time. Throughout the process, it became clear that the individuals managing recruitment appeared poorly prepared, often providing unclear guidance and inconsistent information.
The extended response times make the experience unnecessarily stressful and leave candidates feeling undervalued. For a company of Novo Nordisk’s size and reputation, a more structured, transparent, and efficient recruitment process should be the standard. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the candidate experience and better reflect the company’s global standing.
