I contacted Novo Ministries via e-mail requesting a list of openings. I received a response within 24 hours including a 15 page application. Once I submitted the competed application I was called in for an interview. This first interview took approximately one and half hour. I received a soft offer one week later with three more interviews 1) Meet with the person whos responsibilities I would take over, 2) visit one filed locations, and 3) founders wanted to meet my spouse over dinner. After these steps were completed I received a firm offer with salary and benefits. The whole process took about one month.
