I was selected as a trainee under Biotech Industrial Training Program (BITP) conducted by Biotech Consortium India Ltd. (BCIL) Delhi. Fixed stipend is provided by BCIL, funded by department of Biotechnology, Delhi. Its an organization which helps in industry recruitment process. Phone call and Direct Interview by the company. BCIL conducts separate scrutiny of resumes and application forms and interview.
