June 2024 Around a week after I submitted my CV through an employee referral, I got a call from the recuiter. She described the position, and I described my experience, why I was looking as well as salary expectations. Then I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager, who was super kind and professional. He explained to me about the company, the product and the position. Following that, I recieved a home assignment which is meant to take 3h. It took me more than that. I submitted the assignment and waited for feedback, which arrived the next day. Novidea HR scheduled 3 additional interviews: f2f with the hiring manager, f2f with a PM from the team, f2f with the CTO. I was very impressed with their human resources, but declined to comtinue with them as I signed elsewhere.
