The panel consisted of current officers and officers from other departments. Overall, the officers from the other departments were professional, but ones at Novato were pretty full of themselves. I've done interviews at several places and thought this interview was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been apart of. After the interview I was pretty close to just calling and withdrawing, but I really needed a job at the time. I ended up not getting it anyways, but it was a blessing in my eyes. I've worked with people like that before and they have no place in law enforcement - especially a supervisor role.
