I applied through university. I interviewed at Novant Health (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was an HR intern for six months and the Supervisor gave a lot of behavioral questions-such as give me an example of a time when you impressed a customer with your service? Another question was give me an example of a time when you handled an angry customer. The interview had 2 phases: one interview with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and one with a recruiter. Overall, it was an easy interview. The team was very warm and welcoming.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novant Health (Winston-Salem, NC) in Nov 2018
Interview
There was only one round for interviews. I was interviewed by 2 managers within the supply chain department. They both were very friendly and asked the standard interview questions. The interview did not last longer than 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Really great place for an internship and even for potential employment! Everyone in the department was nice and understanding of the fact that I was a student at the time. I never felt out of place and was always comfortable enough to ask questions and learn from them. The teams worked really well together and there was always great communication across the board throughout the department.
I applied online. I interviewed at Novant Health (Wilmington, NC) in Apr 2017
Interview
It began with a formal application, then an in person interview with multiple people who asked about experience and behavioral/situational questions. I gave real world examples of things i had experienced, repeated the questions and followed up with "is there anything i could have done to prepare or catch your eye for this interview?"
