I enjoyed the process. The first round of interviews is mostly a screening and she liked me so she invited me back for a second round to see exactly where my training will be taking place and how my day will be spent. The person you are paired with asks you questions to see if you can be groomed into management and if they like you, they recommend you for a background check! It is a very transparent process!
