Nosler interview questions

Application submitted, in person interview, background check through ATF, drug testing prior to employment. I did a walk through the plant. I was energized because this it the type of work I love.

I came into the corporate office after reading about an opening on Craigslist. I filled out the appropriate application and turned them in. I was told that HR would be contacting me if they were interested. I was called the very next day and asked to fill out some online testing. I did the tests and was called in for an interview. The interview was very comfortable and thorough. I was asked how long I intended on being with the company, what would make me a good candidate, and if I knew what Nosler was. The day after the interview I was called in for a second interview where I was given a contingent job offer. I submitted a background check and drug testing. A few days later I was called back to do my new hire paperwork and get started.
