They make you interview for 3 hours EVERY time you interview. You can interview more than once on location and still have to go through a 3 hour process. Even with the same people as the first time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nosco (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a Marketing Manager position out of the Pleasant Prairie location in early February, '25 and was ghosted by Nosco. After the considerable time and energy I dedicated to the application including interview prep, meeting w/recruiter twice, securing 3 professional references to fill out their lengthy questionnaire, an interview with the VP of Marketing (hiring manager), and an in-depth Nosco assessment, I deserved the respect of an update on the role, but never received. The indication that Nosco was keen on taking the next step of a facility visit and meeting the team (including the CEO) the week after the VP interview further underscored that I was due the professional courtesy of a response. I was very excited about the role knowing that I could make a great impact on the new department they were building. Furthermore, I thought that Nosco's values matched that of mine, so it seemed like a great match. Evidently, our values ended up not matching because respect for others is at the top of my list! I found a place where I am very happy - I just wanted to share my experience to make others aware to be thorough in YOUR assessment of Nosco if interviewing with them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical behavioral questions around leadership, team building, multi-tasking, and working autonomously as well as in groups.
Just an interview with common questions. Nothing technical or very specific about the job role. No tests made, only questions and taking notes. The hiring process wasn't explained to me.
