I went through an extensive interview process. The second interview was four hours long, which was difficult because by the end, I was pretty tired. I also knew during the interview process that I was not going to get an offer when one of the people on the team refused to make any sort of chit chat with me or even look at me. It was odd and uncomfortable for me. And very disappointing because I was excited about the position and would have rocked it. I also had to take a day off work, so that was a bummer.
