Interview
Met with Director of Operations. Was told I would meet with the COO after, but she cancelled and had me meet with her assistant instead. After I left, the FR I was going to be working for asked me to come back and meet with him. I came back and interviewed with him and he offered me to job.

I don't remember any questions as it was 2 years ago. There were no questions out of the ordinary or to any degree of difficulty.

Interview
Decently fast paced. With great employees that asked great questions. I was thorough w my responses and didn’t apply too much pressure with assertiveness. There were a few questions I wasn’t fully prepared for so study prior to any interview anyways.
Incredibly easy, you'd need to give them a reason not to take you. I got a job in 10 minutes over the phone from getting a referral from someone. Not going to complain though.
interviewed with two Financial advisors -- not a standard interview -was more of a conversation - very laid back compared to other formal interviews-- follow up received next business day for 2nd interview
