I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process is very casual and you just discuss what you would be doing. They ask you a lot about who you know and see what you know about being a financial advisor.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
