Three meetings, very straightforward. They focus on your background and motivations, less analytical. I would focus on your network and why you want to do this type of work. They onboard a lot of people since there is more churn in the trainee program, but a few will convert to full time.

A bit longer than other industries, will take about a month from start to receiving an offer. Communication and scheduling is very easy though. More of an assessment of your personal strengths and learning style rather than your financial experience.
