Although this was the longest, most drawn out interview process I have ever been a part of, I must admit that I appreciated it nonetheless. There were approximately eight rounds of interviews starting with the initial phone interview that covers basic question of why you'd like to work here; A face-to-face interview with the recruiter where you discuss your stregnths and weaknesses, then an on-line assessment to determine fit (this is a scored test that you must pass in order to proceed; You return a third time to meet with the managing director, who then arranges two to three mini-conferences with other representative with varying backgrounds and tenure; If you are still up for it, you meet with the managing director once more who ultimately makes an offer - but not before you meet with Mr. Mictugue himself who has to approve the recruiting team's recommendation to bring you aboard.
