It was an incredible interview process. The recruiting team's aptitude showed that they would be the champion for those that they felt can get through the process. However, upper management interviews seemed as if I were in an arena where there were preconceived ideas of what was desired. Once they saw me, and my responses, they just needed a justification to move forward instead of being my champion.
