The woman who interviewed me seemed to be in competition with me and my knowledge. I didn’t feel that she was secure in her own role. She was talking at me more that listening to me.

Meet the team for 30 minutes each without any real structure. Kind of like repeating the interview with each person. You kind of meet whoever is available. Sometimes the interviewer would just babble and keep talking and others will let you talk the whole time. Mostly a test for fit and your personality.

Interview
Took a while from when first applied. Phone interview with HR, followed by interview with the team (including the vp), offer was received shortly after the team interview, negotiation took a day or two, offer came within the next week, background check and other formalities took another week or so, they usually like to start mid month or the beginning of the month unless the role demands an immediate pressing need
