Interview
I was referred by a Co worker of mine. At the time we were both working at another hospital together but he was also a supervisor at the hiring hospital. He recommended me to the hiring manager because he knew I was a good worker. The hiring manager interviewed me about my work history, education and skills. She was pleased and I was offered the job.
