Structured and well-organized. Recruiter is very responsive to the questions and arranging the interviews in an orderly manner. Meet with several people from direct manager, department manager and future team members.

Typical questions like your motivation, past project involvements and achievements. There was one case study (which you only knew the question one hour before) to test your practical knowledge in production line
Got an offer but later rejected it as I felt the absence of employee welfare and positive work culture after multiple discussions. I feel like I may have to compromise a lot if I join there. Went through multiple interviews, assignment and test. Fewer leaves for new joiners that so very conditional. Salary also too low for current market scenario.
