5 peer panel interview consist of nurse manager, clinician, and three other nurses who are staff nurses. Interview consist of 15 questions. shortly after Interview I received a call when I made it to the parking lot.

Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Interview
Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.

Give an example of a difficult situation you faced at work and how you handled it.
Easy. Quick process. Quick hire. No issues pretty self explanatory and straight forward process. I didn’t have any issues with communication with the hiring manager like I’ve had in the past. Was able to tour the unit and see how things work
