I applied online. I interviewed at Norths Collective
Interview
I was contacted by the company via email about the Group Marketing Coordinator position. Initially, they seemed interested and asked to set up a time for a chat. I promptly responded with my availability. However, despite already providing all of my contact information in the application (including my phone number), they still asked for it again, which raised some red flags.
After I gave them my phone number again, I was told they’d call me to discuss the role. That call never came. I received no email follow-up, no explanation — just ghosting for an entire week.
Then, unexpectedly, I got a voicemail asking me to call them back the following week. Despite the previous lack of communication, I gave them another chance and returned the call. Again, no response.
Overall, the interview process felt disorganised and unprofessional. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I’d be concerned about what it's like to work there. Communication and respect for candidates' time should be a basic standard.

A general manager will contact you based on your details provided and arrange an interview time as soon as possible. There's a brief one-on-one interview with the manager wherein they enquire on experience, skills, examples and career goals. They will ask you about availability and when you'd be able to start and what position you'd want to be trained on and then inform you as to if you got the job.
